THIS IS THE WORST OF IT!

Stephanie is feeling better...getting up and down the stairs a bit better. She can walk up them with both legs but down is still one step at a time. Her right leg has this massive lumpy bruise and the left knee is swollen and scraped. The left knee is the one she had all her surgeries on in the past so she's quite worried about this too. We'll be looking for an orthopedist tomorrow. So far, she still can't drive and she is still getting headaches from the concussion.

We got the police report but there wasn't much info on there that we could use right now. We have to wait till Wed evening to contact the officer as that's when he's on duty. Her bike is being held as evidence and, so far, they won't even let her see it to see if anything is salvageable. Of course, I want to get a pic of it too! :0)

That's it for the update. I'll be her in Philly till she can drive, probably. Don't know how long that will be.

Thanks for stopping by.

Peggy, thank you for letting me know about your daughter's serious accident. You are a good mom and I know it must be such a comfort to her that you are there to take good care of her.

Looks like stitches in the knee area, Peggy? I hope her face didn't get all bruised up too. Give her a hug from me!
